Why companies move to us
Four reasons people switch.
Better
Adapts to how you work
Most aviation ERPs make you change your process to suit theirs. We left the core open, so your workflows can get built to match how you already work.
Faster
Ready for AI
from day one
CorePilot Terminal gives your data meaning, verbs and guardrails — so an AI model can do the work, not just answer questions about it. It isn't just a chat box bolted to the side.
Easier
Built with the
trade, by engineers
Built by software engineers alongside experts who've run aviation aftermarket operations. We handle the unglamorous part, getting the data model right, so you don't have to.
Cheaper
A price you get up front
No three meetings and an onsite before anyone will say a number. You'll know what it costs, and what that covers, before you spend time evaluating it — and we'll match or beat your current annual cost for year one.
Built open
You shouldn't have to choose between knowing aviation and being able to change.
Shopping for an ERP, you find two kinds of system — and normally you have to pick which problem you'd rather have.
Flexible, but empty
Generic platforms hand you a blank canvas
Tables, forms and workflows — and none of them know what a core is. Before you could quote a single part, you'd be building the whole aviation model yourself.
Aviation, but frozen
Legacy systems know the trade and won't move
They understand tags, cores and conditions. But the design was finished over a decade ago — which is why changing anything now means a module, a certified specialist, and a new quote.
CorePilot Terminal
You don't have to pick
There's no build phase between signing and working. You go live on a system that already knows the trade — everything below ships on day one — with multiple integrations already built in. Wiring in anything else — a different accounting package, your CRM, a report, a workflow that's yours alone — is ordinary one-time work rather than a module you have to buy, and you choose who does it: a CorePilot partner development team, your own developers, or nobody at all.
What's inside
Run the business from here. Automate as much as you want.
Every step hands off to the next, configured to match how you already work. Nothing gets retyped — and where you'd rather not type at all, the same actions are there for an AI agent to call.
Sell
Answer an RFQ without leaving the screen
An easy-to-use quoting module than can go Supersonic - putting the customer's request and everything you need to price it side by side — then convert the accepted lines straight into the order.
→ What’s on your shelf, with one click to quote it
→ Last sold, last quoted and the 12-month average
→ See the margin as you type, so you know your spread before you commit

Buy
One queue of everything you're short
Open demands is the standing list of what the business needs but hasn't arranged yet.
→ Convert to a sourcing project and request from several vendors at once
→ Easily cut a PO and allocate inbound iventory before it hits your warehouse
→ Match the vendor's bill to your order and receipt
Inventory
Know exactly what you have
Every unit carries its serial, condition, shelf, tags, trace and cost — and says whether it's free, promised, out for repair, or a customer's own.
→ Easily attach and store unit specific documents
→ Adjust cost and unit information with an auditable trail behind it
→ Owned, consigned, pooled and customer inventory tracked via inventory codes

Repair
Send units out, get them back
Ship a unit to a shop, track their quote and the date they promised, receive it back. The repair cost lands on the unit, so you price from what it really cost.
→ Managed repair keeps a customer's unit in custody
→ Allocate a unit to a customer order while it's still at the shop
Warehouse
Pick, check and ship
The floor works from a release, not from someone's notes — with the urgency on the row, so an AOG doesn't sit behind routine.
→ Pick or receive, then verify line by line with easy attachment capabilities
→ Pick lists, packing lists, carrier accounts and tracking
→ Ability to integrate with shipping carriers

Catalog
One part record, everything attached
Alternates, applicability, repair capability, inventory and full trading history — on the part, not in a side spreadsheet.
Money
Every movement posts, and you can see it
Receipts, issues, scrap, accruals, settlements, invoices and bills each write a balanced journal entry — debits and credits, against the accounts you mapped.
→ Tax worked out per line from origin, destination and category
→ Multiple currencies, converted at the rate the record banked
→ Built-in QuickBooks Online sync, with the ability to integrate the accounting system of your choice

For AI agents and integrations
Bring your own AI agent.
Not a chat box bolted to the side. Connect the assistant your team already uses and it works as you — seeing what you can see, doing what you're allowed to do, with everything it touches on the record. Agents that run on their own can be set up that way too.
Agents
It works as you, and never beyond you
An agent inherits the permissions of whoever it acts for, so it can't reach anything that user couldn't. Take its access away and it stops — the trail of what it did stays.
→ A REST API over parts, companies, contacts, inventory and more
→ An MCP server, so a model can search, create, update, act and retire
→ Published agent skills, so a client knows what it's allowed to do
→ A pre-built connection to the AI assistant of your choice
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or whatever you already use, in minutes. Read and write access available - up to you, and every change shows up in the record's history under your name — via the assistant — so you always know what was done by hand and what wasn't.

Make it yours
Most of what you'll want to change is a setting.
Long before anyone writes code, there's a great deal you can simply configure within CorePilot Terminal
Configure
Dozens of lists
you own outright
Conditions, payment and freight terms, reasons for every refusal, carriers, charges, tax rates, GL accounts, warehouses and inventory codes — plus your own document wording and numbering.
Connect
Keep other systems in step
On QuickBooks Online? It's already built in. On something else? Webhooks enable integration of any system, and external keys let that system address a record with its own ID.
Build
Only when configuring runs out
Not an approval rule — the big ones. A sourcing desk that answers RFQs overnight. A portal your customers log into. AI agents that run a whole job unattended. That's the part worth building, and you pick who builds it.
Built for aviation
The things a general-purpose ERP never gets right.
Conditions,
tags and trace
On the unit, and carried onto the paperwork.
Alternates and supersessions
What interchanges or replaces it, so a dead end request becomes a sale.
Exchanges and cores
Cores owed to you or by you, with a due date and a bill if they don't land.
Consignment inventory
Sell inventory a consignor owns and produce the statement automatically.
Customer property
Never mixed into your saleable inventory, never on your balance sheet.
Applicability
Which airframes and engines a part fits — not a note in the description.
Life-limited parts
Times and cycles since new and since overhaul, the limit, and life remaining — recorded at receiving, carried onto the unit, and printed on the paperwork.
Carriers and
service levels
Your freight accounts and your customers' own, with terms and tracking on the shipment.
The paperwork
Every form the trade runs on, ready to print.
Generated from the record, in your wording on your letterhead. With options to completely customize the templates using AI.
Customer quote
Order acknowledgement
Proforma invoice
Invoice
Credit memo
Pick list
Packing list
Inventory label
Purchase order
Vendor RFQ
Receiving inspection report
Rejection report
Repair order
Consignor statement
and more
Switching
Changing ERP is daunting. We've taken the risk out.
The hesitation is rarely price. It's the bad weekend — the cutover that fails, the AOG you can't quote. So we don't ask you to have one.
Try it first
A free demo environment
Not a slideshow — and already loaded with aviation parts data. Quote a part, raise a repair order, add your own part numbers if you want. Before any commitment.
No onboarding fee
You pay to move your
data, not to be onboarded
Setup is usually a multiple of the annual licence, and never published. There's no such package here — you pay for the work to port your data across, and our API layer makes that a far smaller job than it normally is.
Run both
Switch because it's better,
not because you're stuck
You don't have to bet the business on a switchover date. We can build a sync between CorePilot Terminal and your current system so you prove it before you commit.
Our offer to you
Send us your last ERP invoice. We'll match or beat it for year one.
Most vendors take three meetings and an onsite to give you a price — and you still don't know the all-in cost until onboarding. Skip the haggling.
01
Send your most recent annual invoice or renewal quote.
02
We come back at or below it, in writing.
03
You try it in a free demo environment first.
Based on annual subscription cost.
FAQ
Questions we get asked.
How long until the team is productive?
Days. Every list and record behaves the same way, and help sits behind a on the page you're already on.
What does implementation cost?
There's no onboarding package or services line to negotiate. You only pay for the work to port your data across — and because we have a real API layer, that's a much smaller job than it usually is.
Can we sell in more than one currency?
Yes. Each record trades in its own currency and converts to your home currency at the rate it banked, so a later rate never rewrites an old order.
Can we run more than one company?
Yes. Each entity gets its own letterhead, inventory, currency, addresses and numbering.
Who can build custom work on top?
Anyone can - but often a dev shop from our partner network. However, your own developers or any agency you trust can build on it - no permission necessary.
Can we have a test environment with our own data?
Yes — a sandbox is a copy of your live workspace, refreshed whenever you want. Nothing leaves it: no email goes out, no accounting push. Train people and try changes there without touching the real thing.
In short
The operating record for aviation that replaces your ERP. Your Data. Your Workflows. Your Business
Try it first in a free demo environment, know what it costs before you spend time evaluating it, and we'll match or beat your current annual cost for year one.
