Built from a deep passion for aviation and led by experienced software innovators, CorePilot was created to solve the real-world operational challenges facing the aviation aftermarket: speed, efficiency, scalability, and fragmented workflows. While our platform began as an ERP focused on transforming RFQ and quoting execution, our vision has evolved into helping aviation companies leverage custom AI development to optimize every part of their business.

The company was founded by CEO and co-founder Maddison Gay, the daughter of a third-generation U.S. Air Force fighter pilot (and sister to the fourth-generation), whose lifelong connection to aviation continues to shape CorePilot’s commitment to advancing the industry through innovation. On the technology side, Thomas Carr brings deep AI engineering expertise and leads the development of AI-first solutions, while Wayne Trzeciak, a seasoned aviation industry veteran, brings extensive operational knowledge and serves as a direct liaison between CorePilot and our customers.
