This policy explains what personal information CorePilot ("we", "us") collects through corepilot.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Data you store in CorePilot Terminal as a customer is governed by your customer agreement.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message. When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address. When you book a demo, our scheduling provider (Zoom) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company and chosen time.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Webflow) records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the site. We use Webflow Analyze to count page views and button clicks in aggregate; it does not use cookies. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from spam bots.
We use this information to answer your questions, schedule and run demos, send the newsletter you asked for, understand which parts of the site are useful, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share personal information only with service providers that work on our behalf: Webflow (hosting, forms and analytics), Zoom (demo scheduling), Cloudflare (spam protection) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our service providers may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, such as spam protection on forms.
We keep enquiries and demo records for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymize the information.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@corepilotcloud.com. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict processing or to receive a copy of your data. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
