Software shouldn't decide how your business runs. So ours doesn't.

Customize CorePilot Terminal to how you actually work — AI agents, automations, integrations, portals and whole applications, shaped around your operations by a CorePilot partner development team that has already built here, by your own developers, or by any agency you trust. We can help you work out what's worth building first.
The real problem

Most companies are using AI wrong. Or not at all.

They buy generic
tools that don't fit

A chat window in the browser is not an AI strategy. Off-the-shelf tools are built for the average company, and your workflows aren't average.

They try to build it
on a closed system

Without an open foundation underneath, a build spends its first year recreating the basics — and the vendor decides who is even allowed to try.

They wait for the right moment

There is no moment where your operations are perfectly ready. The longer you wait, the more your competitors compound their advantage.
What you start from

A finished product, running your whole business.

Quoting, sales, purchasing, inventory, repair, shipping and the books — with the numbering, audit trail, permissions, paperwork and aviation rules all there. It runs your operation from the day you start, so customizing begins from a working system rather than a blank page.
That's the difference between simply extending CorePilot Terminal and building a bespoke system you'll be maintaining on your own for many years.

From CorePilot

AI strategy, before anyone builds anything.

Everyone knows AI should be taking work off their team. Hardly anyone knows which work, or whether it's worth it. We look at how your business actually runs and tell you where AI would save you real time and money — and where it wouldn't.
Where it helps

We go through how you actually run

AI is everywhere, but knowing how to use it isn’t. That’s where we come in: we know the aftermarket, we know AI, and we’ll go through your workflows and show your team how to make it work.
A digestible roadmap

A plan you can start on Monday

Your AI opportunities, ranked by what’s easiest to put in place and what will make the biggest difference to your business, so your whole team is using AI in days, not months.
What you leave with

Something you can hand to a builder

A written plan, clear enough to send to a partner development team, to your own IT people or to any agency you like — so you can quickly get back prices you can compare side by side.

Start with the strategy, not the build.

The first call is on us — half an hour on what you'd want AI doing in your business. If there's something worth going after, that's where a strategy project starts.

What people customize

The kinds of things you can have built.

Most customers combine three or more of these. Each one starts from a system that already knows the trade, so nobody pays to rebuild quoting before they begin.
AI agents

Put an AI agent on a job

Agents that run on their own and copilots that work alongside your team — each with the same permissions as the person it works for, and everything it does is traceable.
Automation

Automate the work nobody should be doing

The work that shouldn't need a person: document processing, approval routing, RFQ triage, data pipelines. Automated end to end, with your people handed back the time.
New apps

Build the application that doesn't exist

When the shape of your operation has no off-the-shelf answer, a development team can build one on top of your live records rather than beside them with another database.
Integrations

Connect the systems you already run

Accounting, CRM, shipping, marketplaces and more — connected through the same REST API, webhooks and external keys everything else here uses.
Portals

Open a portal to customers or vendors

Let a customer see their orders, or a vendor answer an RFQ, or a consignor see their statements without giving either one a seat in the system.
Reporting

Report on what you actually measure

Margin by customer, turnaround time by vendor, whatever the auditor says you should be tracking — get instant updates rather than last quarters export into a spreadsheet.
Who builds it

Three options, and none of them needs our permission.

We keep a list of development teams who already know the platform because it saves you the search — not because you're required to use them.

A partner dev team

Fastest to start
A team who knows us and has already built on the platform, so there's no ramp-up. We help scope your work and brief the team so they are ready to go.

Your own IT people

If you have developers in-house, the platform is open to them on exactly the same terms as everyone else — same API, same documentation. No meeting with us required.

Any developer you trust

Already have an agency you like? Point them at it. The documentation is the same one the partner shops work from, so they can quote against our partner network — and you can compare.
Partner network

CorePilot's Trusted Builders.

Development teams that have already built on the platform, so there's no ramp-up.

Find the right team to build it

Tell us what you want the system to do differently and we'll put you in front of the teams whose work fits it — people who know the aviation side and have already built on the platform. You agree on the work with them directly, and you're free to shop around for quotes.

A shortlist, not a gate — use them, your own IT, or any agency you trust.
For development teams

Build on CorePilot Terminal.

If you're excellent at one thing and know the aviation market, we'll introduce you to aviation businesses looking for what you can do. You scope and contract the work with them directly — on a platform where the domain is already modelled and the API is well documented.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Do we have to use your developers?

No. Most work goes to a partner shop, but your own IT or any agency you trust can build on it just as easily.

Will custom work break on upgrades?

Extensions build against a stable platform rather than patching the core, so upgrades don't require a test environment and a re-do.

Who owns what gets built?

That's between you and whoever builds it — settle it in their contract. What we can tell you is that we claim no rights over it: nothing has to be licensed back to CorePilot.

Can this be built on our current ERP instead?

No — CorePilot Terminal replaces your ERP, it doesn't bolt onto it. The whole point is that the system underneath is already open and organised; on a closed one you'd be paying to fight it before anything useful got built.

What does custom work cost?

Scoped and quoted per project by whoever builds it. The subscription itself is all inclusive — the API, the webhooks and the documentation your dev shop needs are part of the system, not a module you buy on top.

Can we operate without any custom work?

Yes, and a lot of companies do. CorePilot Terminal runs the business as it ships, and a great deal of what you'd want to change is a setting rather than a project. Custom work is there for the handful of things that are specific to you — if and when you want them.

Tell us what your ERP won't do.

Half an hour, no slides. We'll walk through what you'd want to change, show you how it works on CorePilot Terminal, and point you at shops who have built here before.
